Digital financial inclusion

Traceability & Value Chains

Last mile inclusion

Without digital inclusion, financial services cannot be delivered at scale in remote and rural areas. As women make up a large percentage of the rural and agricultural workforce their inclusion is critical. Despite growing global efforts, women’s financial inclusion has made little progress over the past decade. Women continue to face greater financial exclusion and vulnerability than men. Financial inclusion provides women the tools for accumulating assets, generating income, managing financial risks, and fully participating in the economy. Furthermore, research shows that women tend to contribute larger portions of their income to household consumption than their male counterparts do. Targeting women with financial inclusion can also benefit households, communities and society.

Building relationships of trust & bridging the digital divide

How digital cloud technology can increase trust and reliability amongst stakeholders & investors in the Development Sector

The SALONE TRACE team would like to highlight how deploying a Digital Collaborative Scheme enhances trust, reliability & transparency between stakeholders of development projects and  how this relationship of trust helps them working together to achieve positive development  impact.

  • Digital technology is the key to eradicate poverty whilst providing inclusive business & finance to prior excluded and mainly unbanked stakeholders and data has the power to decarbonize and decolonize international trade and development projects.

  • Building digital - cloud capacity & access in rural encourage and enable project developers to connect with beneficiaries and stakeholders in real time, whilst the stakeholders themselves are connected to the digital business environment and its benefits (e.g. trainings, inputs, finance ect.)

  • Leverage cross-cutting experiences and lessons learnt from other sectors and turn it into assets and value.
